NOTES FROM OUR FINAL MEETING & PERFORMANCE DAY ITINERARY
EOD Universal Itinerary
Everyone should arrive to the hotel no later than Tuesday evening, April 4th. Praying for no delays with your airline and that everyone arrives on time as planned.
We are open Monday, April 3 for classes!! We know some will be traveling to Orlando prior, so we need to know who will be at class on Monday, April 3. We plan to run the routines one last time this day and need to know who will be present.
If you are leaving on Tuesday for Orlando, we expect to have your daughter in class Monday night. Depending on attendance, we will let you know of any time changes for class on Monday, April 3.
We highly recommend bringing your costumes, dance shoes and accessories in your carry on! This way if luggage were to get lost, your daughter can still perform since everything is with you.
We will meet on Thursday, April 6th to warm up and rehearse. Please plan to have your daughter well rested the night before our performance. We want everyone well and ready to perform. You’ve invested a lot of money and we want to see everyone dance.
Please do not plan to visit a park for Thursday, April 6, until the evening.
I will not receive their performance time until approx. 2-4 weeks prior to our performance day.
The EOD Universal T-shirt is set and all students will wear it over the costume the day of their performance. The Students t-shirt is included in their Universal performance fee. However, we would love for all families attending to purchase and wear the shirt during their performance! Please see link below to submit your daughter’s t-shirt and if you want to purchase any t-shirts for your family. Sizing runs similar to the EOD holiday shirts.
All costumes must be in one garment bag with all accessory and shoes (labeled with student’s initials).
Universal Performance Line Up – anyone with costume changes will need to purchase a nude leotard from us (see link in email to order, due asap). Due to the dancers changing their costumes on the sides of the stage, that will be easily seen, Universal requires they wear a nude leotard. We have two styles to choose from depending on the costume. Please select the style & size your dancer needs. We have samples to try on in the office. Revolution Style $30 Natalie Style with mesh in middle $32. This is only for the students who are in more than 1 routine.
MEET UP IN THE LOBBY, THURSDAY MORNING AT 8:30AM, WITH BELLIES FULL FROM A COMPLETE BREAKFAST. YOU MUST BE WEARING THE REQUIRED NUDE LEOTARD, FOOTED TIGHTS, SNEAKERS, YOUR EOD UNIVERSAL T-SHIRT AND BLACK DANCE SHORTS. BRING A SMALL BACKPACK BAG (EOD DRAWSTRING) WITH YOUR DANCE SHOES & A HANGER WITH YOUR COSTUMES. EVERYONE MUST HAVE HAIR & MAKE UP COMPLETE WHEN WE MEET AT 8:30AM.

Students will remain with us (no parents) from the beginning of our meeting time, during the performance, and until our dismissal time. As of right now our meeting place is at the Dockside hotel and our pick up will be back at the hotel (ALL PARENTS – must return immediately after the performance to the hotel –no delays in getting back to pick up your child). Parents may not help with the performance at any time and students must remain in the group until dismissed. All family/guests must abide by EOD’s and Universal’s guidelines.
