How To Register
For the quickest and easiest way to enroll, register online (registration fee & September Tuition is due at time of enrollment). Current Students should register through your parent portal. New students will be directed to the online registration page upon clicking on the register now button on our homepage or the class schedule page. A spot is not held or saved. All registration is on a first come, first serve basis for all current and new students.
Each class will have a size limit and will close when it reaches its maximum. Class sizes vary depending on the age and level of the group. We will contact you if there is a problem, otherwise we will see you the first day of class!
Studio Parking, Dropping Off & Picking Up
Safety is our number one concern. EOD and its landlord request that you enter the parking lot slowly and park in available spaces that are not reserved. *Handicap Parking- You must have a tag or license plate indicating you may park in the handicap parking spaces. *Please do not park in any of the reserved parking spaces. *Dropping off at the studio entrance/curb is prohibited. We ask that everyone please find a spot to park and walk your child inside. Please do not pull up directly in front of the studio to drop off or wait for your child as this poses a danger to students entering and exiting the building. *We will allow a 15-minute window for students to arrive early and be picked up after class. If at the end of the night transportation exceeds the 15 minutes you will be charged for our staff to stay and wait with your child.
Parents and students are to stay in the waiting area while classes are in session. Please refrain from looking into classroom windows and waiting in the hallway leading to the studios as this causes a distraction to the students.
The office is for staff only. If you need to make a payment or purchase attire and shoes, please come to the office window to see Miss Nicole. A drop box is located outside of the office window that you can also drop your payments. Office hours are generally Monday through Thursday 4pm-8pm. The office is CLOSED Fridays-Sundays.
The dressing room is for girls only. Boys are to change in the bathrooms. NO food or drink is permitted in the dressing room. Parents are to wait in the waiting area. Students should not touch others belongings. Students are to put their initials INSIDE their dance shoes and a name on her/his dance bag. EOD is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Younger students and children are to be accompanied by an adult. Only boys are to use the bathrooms as a dressing room.
Each family is required to purchase a minimum of 3 Recital Tickets. A $50 costume deposit is due in December for each class your child is in. The balance will be due in March. A 10% late fee will be applied if your payment is not received by the deadline (Balance date TBA).
